2.03 Resignations
- Automatic resignation occurs with a break in sobriety.
- Missing two consecutive meetings or conventions results in voluntary resignation unless excused by the Chair.
- Removal requires a 4/5 majority vote.

Article III: Officers and Elected Positions
- Officers (Chairperson, Co-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer) are elected for two-year terms to perform specific duties.
- No consecutive term in the same position; eligibility begins after one full year of membership.
- Officers can appoint sub-committees with Council approval.

3.01: Officer Roles

Chairperson
- Oversees council functioning and accountability.
- Facilitates meetings, creates agendas, liaises with General Service when needed.
- Minimum age is 18.

Co-Chairperson
- Supports the Chairperson and assumes duties in their absence.
- Steps into Chair role if vacated; minimum age is 18.

Treasurer
- Manages finances, tracks income/expenses, reconciles accounts monthly.
- Reports financials to Chairperson and Secretary, manages bank signatories, oversees tax filings, and transitions Host Committee members onto joint accounts.
- Minimum age is 18.

Secretary
- Records meeting minutes accurately.
