Sistem, internet hizmeti sağlayan datacenter'larda metinden sese teknolojisi ile suçun konusu, yeri, mağdurun adı, yaşı gibi talep bilgileri sesli sisteme çevrilir ve VOIP teknolojisi ile bu bilgiler listeden puan sırasına göre seçilen avukata sesli olarak telefonla bildirilir. Avukat, dosyayı kabul edebileceği, red edebileceği veya bilgileri tekrar dinleyebileceği şekilde üç farklı seçenek sunulur. Sistem, hangi avukatın arandığını, kaç kere arandığını, avukatın verdiği cevapları kayıt altına alır. Avukat, görevlendirildiği yeri telefonla ve sms ile öğrendikten sonra yetki belgesini almak için baroya gitmeden internet bağlantısı olan herhangi bir bilgisayardan yetki belgesini alabilir.
