Summary

Architara Photography grants the licensee exclusive use of property listing media for marketing the real estate listing, with the licensee allowed to use the media until the listing is sold, expired, or removed from the market. The photographer retains all copyrights and the licensee must pay the agreed-upon amount before using the media. The licensee is not allowed to sell, redistribute, or use the media for purposes other than marketing the listing, and must give credit to the photographer when publishing the photographs. The licensee indemnifies the photographer against all claims and liabilities stemming from a breach of the agreement or use of the photographs. The media is provided "as is" with no warranty, and the photographer is not liable for damages or losses stemming from its use.
