3. Contact Kidsbox via phone (+30 694 934 5304, +30 21 1198 3353) to receive a return number or waybill.
4. Kidsbox will arrange for a courier to pick up the package.
5. Hand over the package to the courier, stating it's on Kidsbox's account if asked.
For a refund without replacement, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Fill out the return form with your name, IBAN, and reason for return.
