Aton S.p.A. Società Benefit's general sales conditions include:
Art. 1: General conditions apply to all supplies, with ATON selling hardware devices, licensed software, and services as specified in the offer.
Art. 2: Compensation and payments are defined in the offer, with possible variations at the moment of Order Confirmation, and delayed or missing payments enabling ATON to interrupt services and consider the contract terminated.
Art. 3: Property reserve, delivery, and submission are regulated, with the customer responsible for transportation and delivery risks, and a penalty of 50% of the total order amount in case of contract termination due to the customer's guilty responsibility.
Art. 4: Warranty expires after 12 months for new goods and 3 months for used goods, covering manufacturing defects but excluding consumables, inadequate use, and other specified cases.
Art. 5: Installation and testing fees are charged to the customer, with the customer responsible for ensuring workers' health and safety regulations are respected.
Art. 6: Assistance services are provided for a specified period, with the contract renewed tacitly unless cancelled, and telephone assistance available exclusively on a specified technical telephone exchange number.
Art. 7: Property right and privacy are regulated, with software property rights belonging to ATON or its licensors, and the customer responsible for respecting privacy regulations.
