GrassInc. B.V.'s general sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, and contracts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The terms define the seller, purchaser, and contract, and outline the relevance, quotes, contract realization, prices, delivery and supply periods, and other conditions.
