Summary

Salesforce's Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy prohibits customers from using its services to create, send, upload, display, store, process, or transmit prohibited material, including intellectual property infringement, hate-related content, violent or obscene material, and malicious code. Customers are also prohibited from engaging in prohibited actions, such as generating spam, creating deepfakes, promoting unlawful causes, distributing viruses, and conducting multi-level marketing. The policy applies to all Salesforce services and violations will be considered a material breach of the Main Services Agreement.
