- Klient kohustub maksma Teenuse eest, teavitama Teenuse osutajat asjaoludest, mis mõjutavad töö teostamist.
- Teenuse osutajal on õigus nõuda Kliendilt juhiseid, informatsiooni, kasutada kontakti e-posti aadressi.
- Kliendi kohustused: andma juhiseid, maksma tasu, teavitama asjaoludest, mis mõjutavad kohustuste täitmist.
- Pooled vabanevad lepingust tulenevate kohustuste täitmisest vääramatu jõu korral.
