In addition to Gandi's General Terms and Conditions for domain name registration, the registration and use of a .SKIN domain name require acceptance and compliance with these special conditions.

Section .SKIN.1. Naming Organization
.SKIN is a generic Top-Level-Domain (gTLD). The entities involved are:
- Trustee Authority: ICANN
- Registry: XYZCOM LLC
- Registry Technical Operator: CentralNic
- Registrar: Gandi

Section .SKIN.2. Registration Policies
Applicants must understand and agree to abide by all rules and conditions defined by ICANN and XYZCOM LLC, which are binding on both Gandi and the domain owner.

Section .SKIN.3. Launch Phases
The launch includes:
- Sunrise Period: First-come-first-served basis for trademark holders.
- Early Access Period (EAP): Open registration at decreasing prices over time.
- General Opening: Standard registration with a "Trademark Claim Notice" period of at least 90 days.

Section .SKIN.4. Sunrise Period
Domain names are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis to trademark holders who upload an SMD file for verification. Disputes must follow TMCH and Registry procedures, with no refunds if applications are rejected or not granted.

Section .SKIN.5. Early Access Period (EAP)
Open registration at higher prices that decrease over time.

Section .SKIN.6. Trademark Claim Notice Period
During this period, warnings are issued for domain names identical to trademarks registered with TMCH. Registrants must confirm or cancel their requests upon receiving a notice.

Section .SKIN.7. Reserved Names
Certain words are reserved or prohibited (details available on ICANN's website).

Section .SKIN.8. Registration Term
The registration term is 1 year for Sunrise and EAP periods, and from 1 to 10 years during general opening. Renewals must be paid before the expiration date.
