The Association "CONFEUROPA IMPRESE AFRICA" represents and protects the interests of entrepreneurial and professional subjects in sub-Saharan Africa and the Maghreb countries. It is a non-profit organization, decentralized into local and territorial structures, with its registered office in Syracuse, Italy, and operational headquarters in Milan, Italy, and Bucharest, Romania. The association's purpose is to promote commercial and industrial relations, provide information and create partnerships, support competitiveness, and export products abroad. It adheres to the principles of internal democracy, solidarity, responsibility, and equality among members, and undertakes to set its action in compliance with rules of conduct such as loyal observance of the charter of values and code of ethics. Membership is open to natural or legal persons who carry out business or self-employment activities, and aspiring entrepreneurs, with applications subject to approval by the Board.
