Eine gute Governance ist entscheidend, um die Ziele der Stiftung effektiv zu erreichen und das Stiftungsvermögen effizient zu verwalten, wobei eine klare Strategie und klare Richtlinien in Bezug auf die Zusammensetzung der Stiftungsorgane, die Überwachung und Bewertung von Beteiligungen, das Risikomanagement und die Transparenz erforderlich sind.
