Summary

The United States of America, acting on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, filed a complaint against Lawrence L. Duskin for civil penalties, permanent injunction, and other relief, alleging violations of the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act. Duskin has waived service of the summons and complaint, and stipulates to the entry of a stipulated order. Duskin relinquishes all rights to appeal or challenge the order, and acknowledges that the judgment represents a civil penalty owed to the government.
