Summary

Gregory Scott Norris is disbarred pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.1. As a condition of reinstatement, he must pay restitution totaling $5,000 to Mitchell and Cheryl Fishlowitz ($1,250), William Carrier ($1,250), John C. Seth Holtsclaw ($1,500), Joleen Lash ($500), Stanley Blair ($1,000), and Billy Ray Cole ($500). Norris must also meet all CLE requirements, remit all outstanding registration fees, professional privilege taxes, and court costs prior to reinstatement, comply with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §§ 28 and 30.4, and pay $1,949.70 to the Board of Professional Responsibility plus court costs within ninety days of this order. This order takes effect immediately.
