AFE Airfilter Europe GmbH's general delivery conditions apply exclusively to contracts with entrepreneurs for the supply of goods and services. The conditions include:

The purchaser's terms and conditions are not applicable unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Contracts are concluded in German or English, depending on the language of the order.
Legally relevant declarations and notifications must be made in writing.
Offers are non-binding, and orders are considered binding offers that can be accepted within 21 days.
The contract's subject matter is limited to the services and technical performance features specified in the accepted offer.
Technical changes to products are allowed until delivery if they increase or improve the value without restricting function.
Delivery periods are individually agreed upon or approximately 18 weeks from the contract's conclusion.
Delayed deliveries may result in lump-sum compensation of 0.5% of the net price per week, up to 5% of the delivery value.
Prices are net prices in Euro plus VAT, exclusive of packaging, and are quoted on the basis of Ex Works Bornheim (EXW Incoterms 2020).
Payments are due immediately without deduction, and default payments may result in demands for immediate payment of outstanding claims.
