Studio 218, LLC offers online advertising and marketing services, including search engine marketing and optimization. By engaging their services, clients agree to their Terms of Service, which include submitting information to search providers like Google, Yahoo, and Bing, and adhering to their terms and conditions. Studio 218, LLC will not share client information with other businesses except for securing online advertising and marketing services.

The company has the right to place client business information on publisher and search provider websites and develop content based on client-provided information. Clients represent that the material and information they provide is truthful and not misleading, and they have the authority to represent the product and service information.

Unacceptable practices are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of services, including adult or pornographic material, offensive content, harmful activities, and illegal activities.

Clients agree to pay monthly or fixed fees for services, with a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. Accounts 45 days past due will be paused, and those 90 days past due will be handed over to collection.

The contract specifies the initial term for which program rates will be guaranteed, and clients represent and warrant that they have the right to publish and use all information provided for advertising programs, complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Each party warrants that their performance will not infringe on third-party rights, and clients indemnify and hold harmless Studio 218, LLC against costs, damages, and liabilities arising from negligent or intended acts constituting copyright, trade secret, or trademark violations.
