Summary

UmbriaSì s.c.a r. l. fornisce condizioni generali di contratto di vendita di pacchetti turistici, disciplinate dal Codice del Turismo e dalla Convenzione Internazionale relativa al contratto di viaggio. L'organizzatore e l'intermediario devono essere abilitati all'esecuzione delle rispettive attività. Il contratto di vendita di pacchetto turistico deve contenere informazioni obbligatorie, come l'autorizzazione amministrativa, la polizza assicurativa di responsabilità civile e le modalità di sostituzione del viaggiatore. Il prezzo del pacchetto turistico può essere variato fino a 20 giorni precedenti la partenza in conseguenza alle variazioni di costi di trasporto, diritti e tasse. In caso di modifica o annullamento del pacchetto turistico prima della partenza, l'organizzatore o l'intermediario deve dare immediato avviso in forma scritta al turista, che può esercitare il diritto di riacquisire la somma già pagata o di godere dell'offerta di un pacchetto turistico sostituivo.
