Prices are "delivered duty paid," and payment is due within 60 days of receipt of the invoice and goods. The Supplier is responsible for ensuring defect-free delivery, and the Purchaser has the right to use any included software. The Supplier must maintain secrecy regarding any information made accessible by the Purchaser and may not use or disclose such information without prior written approval.
