Summary

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual arrangement between Kenes International Organizers of Congresses SA and its affiliates (the "Organizer") and each party (a "Participant") approved to sponsor and/or exhibit at a specific congress. The terms include obligations and rights of the sponsor, changes to the congress, and exhibition rights. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the location and/or positioning of the exhibition space and to revoke exhibition rights if the exhibitor fails to complete installation. The exhibitor is responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in execution of the design, installation, and delivery of its displays, and must comply with the Organizer's guidelines and instructions. The exhibitor must also ensure that its exhibition space is permanently staffed, maintained in a clean and orderly state, and only presents and displays its own materials, products, and/or services.
