Summary

El Tribunal Electoral de Veracruz emitió una sentencia en el juicio para la protección de los derechos político-electorales del ciudadano promovido por Erick Jiménez Hernández, quien se ostenta como militante del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), en contra de la resolución CJ/JIN/051/2020 emitida por la Comisión de Justicia del Consejo Nacional del PAN. El Tribunal revocó la resolución, ya que el actor no estaba obligado a acreditar la violación aducida en la instancia primigenia, consistente en la omisión por parte de los Comités Directivos Estatal y Municipales del PAN en Veracruz, en publicar las listas de los delegados numerarios insaculados en cada una de las demarcaciones municipales. El juicio se originó a raíz de la Asamblea Estatal del PAN en Veracruz, celebrada el 15 de diciembre de 2019, en la que se eligió a los Consejeros Estatales del PAN para el periodo 2019-2020. El actor promovió un juicio de inconformidad ante la Comisión de Justicia del PAN, el cual fue resuelto el 9 de febrero de 2020, declarando infundados los agravios del actor. Posteriormente, el actor presentó una demanda de juicio para la protección de los derechos político-electorales del ciudadano ante el Tribunal Electoral de Veracruz.
