Summary

Sin embargo, el Ayuntamiento no acató la sentencia, lo que motivó el incidente de incumplimiento. El Tribunal Electoral declaró parcialmente fundado el incidente, ya que las peticiones del incidentista resultaban parcialmente fundadas en lo relativo a la presupuestación de la remuneración, y en vías de cumplimiento respecto del Congreso del Estado de Veracruz, en lo que se refiere a informar sobre las acciones para legislar en materia de remuneraciones de agentes y subagentes municipales.
