Summary

El Master Partner Agreement establece los términos y condiciones generales de la asociación comercial entre VTEX y el Partner, ambos indicados en los Términos y Condiciones Específicos (Anexo I). Este acuerdo, junto con los Términos y Condiciones Específicos, constituyen un contrato escrito vinculante entre las partes, que entrará en vigor a partir de la fecha de celebración del Anexo I. Al celebrar el contrato, el Partner acepta estar obligado por las políticas estándar publicadas por VTEX. VTEX se reserva el derecho de actualizar y modificar sus políticas públicas mediante la publicación de actualizaciones.

El contrato incluye definiciones generales, como la interpretación de términos y definiciones de palabras y frases en mayúsculas utilizadas en el contrato. Algunas de las definiciones incluyen "Afiliado", "Cliente", "Datos Personales", "Evento de fuerza mayor", "Información Confidencial", "Integración", "Integradores de sistemas (System Integrators) (SI)", "Leyes de Protección de Datos", "Partner" y "Propiedad Intelectual".
