B) ENFORCEMENT ISSUES:
- Halting transhipment and transit of counterfeit goods in Free Trade Zones and Free Ports
- Empowering customs authorities to inspect goods and prevent counterfeiting
- Holding landlords liable for counterfeiting or trademark violations on their premises
- Clarifying conditions for landlord liability and treating income from counterfeiting as proceeds of crime.
