The supplier must inform the customer about the upcoming expiration date of the contract, one month prior, and during this notification, will inform the customer about the right to change suppliers and the possibility to choose from available pricing plans. If the customer fails to respond, the contract will be renewed with the current published pricing plan. The customer can terminate the contract at any time with a 30-day notice, while the supplier can terminate the contract immediately if the customer has outstanding debts or fails to comply with the terms. The supplier can modify the contract terms with a 60-day notice, and the customer has 15 days to object. In case of changes in legislation or regulatory decisions, the supplier can modify the contract terms accordingly. The customer can also request changes to the contract terms, which will be submitted in writing with supporting documents. The supplier will review the request within 45 days for changes in installation details, 30 days for changes in customer category or pricing plan, and 30 days for other cases. The contract also includes provisions for vulnerable customers, such as a 40-day payment deadline, a 60-day deadline for resolving breaches, and protection from disconnection or contract termination during the winter months. The supplier is also required to protect the customer's personal data and provide access to their records.
