The use of the certification body's name and certification mark or logo is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the "Certification and Quality" LLC. The logo can be used in the following cases:
- in documents provided as a result of services in the field of certification,
- in forms and stationery,
- in advertising materials and publications,
- on the official website.
The certification mark can only be used in conjunction with the logo of the certification body, in documents provided as a result of services in the field of certification, and indicates the right to carry out activities in the field of certification.
The certification mark, as well as any textual reference to it, cannot be used in a way that implies that the LLC is responsible for the results of services provided in the field of certification, or that the LLC confirms the conformity assessment object, or in documents that do not contain the results of certification activities.
