The registration and use of .EU, .ею, and .ευ domain names are subject to special conditions, in addition to Gandi's General Terms and Conditions. These conditions include acceptance of EURid's rules and policies, such as domain name rules, IDN rules, registration policy, terms and conditions, Whois policy, and privacy policy. The domain names are open to individuals and businesses within the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein. Special requirements and reserved names apply, and the registration term is from 1 to 10 years. Gandi acts as a sub-contractor of the Registry, collecting technical and personal data for registration, and storing and using it in accordance with EURid's Whois policy. Dispute resolution is governed by EURid's Alternative Dispute Resolution Policy, and transfer and ownership change processes are available through Gandi's interface.
