Western Reserve Community Band performed a Christmas Concert on December 17, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Hudson - Fellowship Hall, conducted by Ralph Meyer. The program included:

Traditional carols: Angels We Have Heard On High, A Carol Festival, Joy to the World, We Three Kings, It Came Upon The Midnight Clear, O Little Town of Bethlehem, Hark the Herald Angels Sing, Silent Night, O Come, All Ye Faithful
A European Christmas: Basque Carol - Khanta Zagum, German Carol - O Tannenbaum, Neapolitan Carol - Canzone d'I Zampognari
* Modern pieces: Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, The Nightmare Before Christmas, An Irving Berlin Christmas, The Festival of Hanukkah, A Christmas Tryptich, How The Grinch Stole Christmas Medley, A Christmas Fantasy, Secret Agent Santa, Lux Aurumque, Twas The Night Before Christmas, Sleigh Ride

The band consists of 50+ members, including flutes, oboes, clarinets, bass clarinets, bassoons, alto saxophones, tenor saxophones, baritone saxophones, trumpets, horns, trombones, euphoniums, tubas, and percussion. Vocalist MJ Lehman performed with the band.

The Western Reserve Community Band is a non-profit organization open to adult wind and percussion players, with a mission to provide cultural enrichment and entertainment to the community. The concert was made possible by individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grants.
