The Japan Contemporary Music Association is hosting the "Pegasus Concert Vol.Ⅴ" as part of the "Music of Our Time 2023" festival. This series supports performers dedicated to contemporary music. Individuals or groups can apply, with no age, nationality, or instrument restrictions. Electronic instruments and electronics are welcome. Application is free.

- Dates and Venue: Two concerts will be held in Tokyo Opera City Recital Hall on December 7 and 8, 2023, with internet live streaming. Applicants must be available for either date.
- Venue Fees: The association will cover venue fees for the afternoon and evening slots (13:00-21:30).
- Subsidy: A 50,000 yen subsidy will be provided for each concert's production costs.
- Promotional Materials: The association will create and cover costs for common festival flyers and program books.
- Other Expenses: The association will handle copyright fees and venue-related costs, billing performers later. Performers must arrange and pay for other instrument rentals, transportation, and stage setup.
- Program Conditions: Programs should primarily consist of works composed after 1945, with at least one premiere (including Japanese premieres). At least one-third (preferably one-half) of the program should feature Japanese works.
- Ticket Sales and Revenue: Ticket prices are 3,000 yen for in-person seats and 1,500 yen for online viewing. There's no ticket sales quota for performers, but cooperation is encouraged. Ticket revenue will be split 3:2 in favor of the association, with no additional appearance fees.
- Application Period and Materials: Applications are open from February 1 to 28, 2023. Submit items 1-6 (in any format) by mail or email (max. 10MB). Materials will not be returned.
- Selection Results: The association's board will review applications and announce the two selected projects on its website in mid-March 2023.
