Summary

2. Email the coach of the desired player for permission, including date, time, and arena
3. Log the call-up in TTM, generating an automatic email notification.
For a house league tournament:
1. Check the GHA affiliation chart
2. Email the coach for permission, including dates, times, and locations
3. Complete an Affiliation Permission Form if the player is interested and permitted
4. Send the form to the Association Registrar to add the player to the Official Team Roster
5. Log the call-up in TTM after receiving the updated roster.
Notes: skaters have a 15-game maximum, goalies have no limit but must be logged in TTM.
