Die German DX Foundation (GDXF) feiert ihr 10-jähriges Bestehen und veröffentlicht ein Sonderheft mit 56 Seiten, das ihre Geschichte, Ziele und Aktivitäten beleuchtet. Die GDXF hat in den letzten 10 Jahren zahlreiche DXpeditionen unterstützt und sich für die Förderung von Amateurfunk und DX-Aktivitäten eingesetzt. Zahlreiche DX-Clubs und -Foundationen, wie die Oceania Amateur Radio DX-Group, die Swiss DX Foundation, die Northern California DX Foundation und die International DX Association, haben der GDXF zu ihrem Jubiläum gratuliert und ihre Anerkennung für die geleistete Arbeit ausgesprochen. Die GDXF wird auch in Zukunft ihre Aktivitäten fortsetzen und sich für die Förderung von DXpeditionen und die Unterstützung von Amateurfunkern einsetzen.
