Matters arising:
+ P. Bowker received quotes for risers tubing, fittings, and bending
+ P. Bowker to chase payment from Barley Sheaf
+ Afterglow after St. Austell Christmas concert to be held at alternative venue
+ Music committee to report back to main committee
Chairman:
+ Mevagissey Primary School approached choir for help with singing
+ No other choir available to sing with MMC at St. Austell Christmas concert
+ G. Hoskins producing tickets for concert
Treasurer:
+ Financial update: Cyprus trip expenses, programme adverts, CD sales, and donations
+ Budget planning for next year: proposed subscription increase to £90 or £100, reduced concert income estimate, and increased uniform allocation
+ Suggestions for improving financial planning and revenue streams
