Speaker Susan Drew shared her experience with her husband's early onset dementia (Frontotemporal dementia, or FTD)
FTD symptoms: lying, increased alcohol consumption, inappropriate social behavior, and eventual decline into inability to perform daily tasks
Ways to help: offer support, join online help groups, and provide relief to caregivers
