Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and visitors with positive, outgoing attitudes.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, following ServSafe Certified procedures.
- Handle phone calls, provide information, and take messages.
- Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Transport food and beverages using a golf cart.
- Assist customers with general questions about the course and services.
- Oversee food service areas and staging, including outdoor seating.
- Share customer feedback, recommendations, and queries with management.
- Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willingness to be part of a diverse team.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Successful completion of background check and SafeSport Training.
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
- Attendance at all required alcohol training courses.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum age of 18 for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Proficiency in computer and web-based systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift for extended periods.

Work Environment:
- Golf course environment with occasional outdoor work.
- Climate-controlled turn house for most tasks.
- Flexible days and hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Physical Demands:
- Standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, talking, and hearing.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height.
