It provides a waterproof finish, bridges hairline cracking, and allows moisture vapors to escape. The coating is suitable for exterior and interior use on properly prepared surfaces, including masonry walls, stucco, concrete block, brick, poured concrete, wood, and non-ferrous metal. It has excellent weather resistance, is mildew resistant, and meets Federal Specification TT-C-555B for resistance to wind-driven rains. The coating is easy to apply using a brush, roller, or spray and has a low-luster sheen. It is available in white and tint bases, and the recommended primer coatings depend on the substrate. The coating has a VOC of 100 g/l and meets AIM, LADCO, OTC Phase I & II, and CARB standards.
