Example projects are given, including a 90m2 two-bedroom home with a total project cost of £288,640 and a 25m2 cabin with a total project cost of £63,315, with prices per square meter of £3,207 and £2,533, respectively. All prices are exclusive of VAT, and the company does not charge VAT on new build houses covered by a design and build contract.
