COLORANTE GIALLO 2015 is a yellow paste with a characteristic odor, pH 8, and a flash point above 60°C. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and miscible in water. The product contains 2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, which may produce an allergic reaction. It is not classified as dangerous according to Regulation EC 1272/2008 (CLP), but may cause skin irritation, eye damage, and aquatic toxicity. First aid measures include washing eyes and skin with water, removing casualties to fresh air, and obtaining medical examination immediately in case of ingestion. Firefighting measures include using water or carbon dioxide, and wearing suitable breathing apparatus. Accidental release measures involve wearing personal protection equipment, removing persons to safety, and preventing entry into soil, surface water, or drains. Handling and storage precautions include avoiding contact with skin and eyes, keeping away from food and drink, and storing in adequately ventilated premises. Exposure controls include operating according to good working practices, and using eye, skin, and respiratory protection if necessary.
