Summary

The BGU7007 is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GNSS receiver applications, covering the full GNSS L1 band from 1559 MHz to 1610 MHz. It has a noise figure of 0.85 dB, gain of 18.5 dB, and high input 1 dB compression point of -12 dBm. The device is designed for low power consumption and optimal performance in the presence of jamming signals from co-existing cellular transmitters. It requires only one external matching inductor and one external decoupling capacitor, and is available in a small 6-pin leadless package. The BGU7007 is suitable for use in smart phones, feature phones, tablet PCs, and other GNSS applications.
