ELPACTO ® ETCXXXAAD is a thermally conductive acrylic adhesive with thickness options of 0.1mm and 0.5mm, designed for flat bonding and laminating to other thermally-conductive materials. It offers high peel strength adhesion, minimizing air entrapment, and can be pre-attached to heat sinks or similar materials. The pressure-sensitive adhesive minimizes adverse effects from surface roughness. A flame-retardant version is available, and the product can be processed and die-cut as needed.

Key features include:
- Specialized for LED assembly.
- High shear adhesion strength.
- Available in slit-rolls or die-cut shapes to customer specifications.
- Physical properties: white color, total thickness of 0.1-0.5mm (or 0.3mm for ETC-AAD), tensile strength of 1.2 kgF/cm (or 0.11 kgF/cm for ETC-AAD), thermal conductivity of 1.5 w/m.k (or 5.0 w/m.k for ETC-AAD), operating temperature range of -40 to 180°C, breakdown voltage of 3-7 KV/mm (or 5 KV/mm for ETC-AAD), and adhesion strength to aluminum ranging from 0.6-1.5 kg/inch (or 1.5kg/25mm for ETC-AAD).
- Should be stored in cool conditions below 20°C with 50% humidity.
- Quality assurance of six months.

ELPACTO ® EHTC03AAD is a specific variant with a thickness of 0.3mm, offering similar benefits and properties as ETCXXXAAD but with enhanced thermal conductivity (5.0 w/m.k) and breakdown voltage (5 KV/mm). It also meets UL 94-V0 flame retardant standards.

Both products are available in various configurations and should be stored under specified conditions to maintain quality.
