Summary

Excellent option to produce very neutral alcohol, especially vodka from grain and other kind of amylaceous substrates, with regular kinetics that avoid explosive fermentations and high temperatures. Ingredients include Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and emulsifier E491. Optimum fermentation temperature is 20°C – 32°C, with a dosage of 30 – 50 g/hl. Rehydration is done in 10 times its volume of water or wort at 25°C – 35°C, with storage at room temperature for up to 3 months during transport and cool, dry conditions at final destination. Shelf life is indicated by the best before end date, with opened sachets to be used within 7 days. Typical analysis shows 94.0 – 96.5% dry weight, > 15 x 109 viable cells per gram, and low levels of bacteria and microorganisms.
