Curing Times:

Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to various acids, including hydrochloric, sulfuric, nitric, phosphoric, acetic, tartaric, oxalic, and lactic acid
Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened container
Pot Life: 20-30 minutes at 20°C
Storage: Between 15°C - 25°C for at least 8 hours prior to use
Safety: Material Safety Data Sheets available, food products must be removed from the area during application and curing

Preparation and Application

Concrete: must be at least 4 weeks old, completely dry, and free of surface laitance and contaminants
Stone: must be dry and free of loose surface material and contaminants
Painted Surfaces: diamond grind the surface prior to application
Bare Metal: remove any rust and flaking material, apply the coating immediately after preparation
Mixing: stir the contents of each tin thoroughly, mix the two components together for 2-3 minutes
Application: apply by simulated sheepskin roller, leave approx. 8-12 hours if recoating is required
