The TCWN series includes sensors with different configurations, such as lead wire, threaded transition, and wire relief spring (TCZA), lead wire, threaded transition, and loose flexible metal hose (TCZB), and lead wire, threaded transition, and wire flexible metal hose for threaded ½’’ NPT attachment (TCZC).

The sensors are available in various thermocouple types, including J/K/T/E/N/S/R/B, and meet the standards of EN/IEC 60584 and/or ANSI MC96-1. The minimum insulation resistance is 1000 MOhm at 500VDC, and the conductors are made of thermocouple material.

The metal sheath is available in various materials, including M2102, M2107, M2110, M0601, M0701, M0704, M0809, SS304, SS316, SS310, Inconel 600, Alloy 800H, Alloy 825, and Hastelloy X.

The hot junction can be individually isolated, commonly isolated, or dually isolated, and the transition OD is available in various diameters, including 6,35 mm, 9,53 mm, and other custom diameters.

The lead wires are available in standard conductor wire gauge AWG 24 (0,24 mm²) or other custom dimensions, and can be made of various materials, including Teflon, Kapton, and silicone.

The product series TCWN is certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, meeting the standards of ATEX, IECEx, and GOST-R. The certification includes functional test reports, calibration reports, and test reports for EN10204-2.2.
