LubeMon is a system for monitoring lubricated points, capable of overseeing all types of lubrication, from automatic systems to manual lubrication. It consists of a precise grease meter connected to a control unit for continuous monitoring. For larger systems, meters are connected via a data bus to a PC, offering advanced statistical and logging functions. The system guarantees that lubricant is discharged into the bearing with the correct amount each time, addressing the issue of false security in fully automatic centralized lubrication systems. LubeMon comes in two versions: standard and high volume (HV), with options for aluminum and acid-proof steel materials. The meter measures flow rates of 0-2,500 cm³/min with an accuracy of ±3% for grease NLGI 2 and oil ISO-VG 150. It operates within a temperature range of -20 to +70 °C and can withstand vibrations of 20 G (10-20,000 Hz). The system includes various connectors and cables, such as elbow connectors with and without LEDs, and cables with different materials and temperature ranges. LubeMon offers two control options: a control unit for up to 10 lubrication points (CCMon 10) and a PC-based data bus system for a virtually unlimited number of points.
