Preparation: Ready to use, eventually with 5% water dilution
Gloss Available: LWM 050 (85 ± 2), LWM 051 (50 ± 2), LWM 053 (30 ± 2), LWM 054 (20 ± 2), LWM 055 (10 ± 2), LWM 056 (5 ± 1)
Application: Conventional spray gun, airless, or air mix
Quantities:
+ 1st coat: 4 ÷ 5 wet mils
+ 2nd coat: 4 ÷ 5 wet mils
+ Maximum amount: 10 ÷ 12 wet mils
Drying Time:
+ Dust-free: 20 min.
+ Dry to touch: 50 min.
+ Time between coats: max. 4 hours
+ Thoroughly dry: > 8 hours
Storage: Shelf life of 18 months, store in original cans, tightly closed, between 10°C and 30°C (50°F to 86°F)
Special Warning:
+ Stain: Check compatibility and bleeding phenomena
+ Gluing: Check type of glue used to avoid problems
+ Following coats: Comply with drying time to avoid pore raising
+ Blocking: Evaluate storage and stacking conditions to avoid contact between varnishes
+ Tannin: Check type of timber to varnish, as some may contain inhibiting substances
+ Cleaning: Use water and neutral detergent, avoid aggressive chemical agents
