PP matt backing is a one-sided self-adhesive, white, opaque Polypropylen (PP) film, washable and resistant to detergents and solvents, coated with a solvent-free, age-resistant, and permanently elastic acrylate adhesive, suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use, and can be used as a diffusor film for backlighting. It is PVC-free and environmental-friendly, and suitable for various PVC-free media printed with UV and Latex inks. The film has a thickness of 75±10 μm, a weight of 45±5 g/m2, and a gloss grade of <30. The adhesive is a polyacrylate dispersion with a pH value of approximately 7.0 and an adhesive strength of > 4.7 N/25 mm after 10 minutes and > 6.0 N/25 mm after 24 hours. The film should be stored at 18° - 25°C and 40-65% relative humidity, and has a shelf life of 2 years.
