Summary

N Series 2-piece ball valves are designed for high abrasive media applications in chemical, power, pulp and paper, and mining industries. They have a pressure rating of 150# and 300# in sizes ½” to 12”, with full port and reduced port options. The valves have a 2-piece design, investment cast body, split body, actuator mounting pad, live loaded stem packing, and a blow-out proof stem. They are designed to B16.34 standards and have bi-directional and uni-directional metal seats. The valves can operate in temperatures up to 1000 deg F and pressures as low as vacuum service and as high as 740 psi. They are suitable for abrasive services, including lime mud, coke and ore, and sand. The valves have a seat leakage class of V, VI, or API 598, and meet various industry standards, including ASME, API, and MSS.
