The Protectoseal Series 17800 Pipe-Away Conservation Pressure Breather Vent is designed for use where pressure relief is required and relieving vapors must be piped away, not emitted into the atmosphere. It features a patented FEP film "Air-Cushioned Seating" and low-leak pallet design, with a leakage rate of less than 1 SCFH of air at 90% of set point. The vent is available in sizes 2" (DN 50) through 12" (DN 300) and various materials, including Aluminum, Ductile Iron, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Alloy C/C276. It conforms to the latest ATEX Directive and is factory tested and certified for leakage and correct settings. The vent also features fast inspection and easy maintenance, maintains accurate pressure settings, and has automatic condensate drainage.
