Landmark provides recommendations for the use of their porcelain products, including tiles, pavers, bricks, and veneers. The recommended uses vary depending on the product's finish, with matt finish tiles suitable for indoor and outdoor walls, and grip finish tiles suitable for indoor and outdoor floors and walls where anti-slip features are required. Lux finish tiles are recommended for indoor floors, walls, and countertops, but not for horizontal exterior surfaces that require anti-slip features.

The company also provides care and maintenance instructions, advising against applying wax or sealer to the products after installation. Regular cleaning with clean, hot water and a household cleaner is recommended, and an acid deep cleaning is suggested after grouting to remove excess grout residue. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to maintenance issues, and Landmark will not be liable for any damage caused to the surface.

Ordinary cleaning is necessary based on traffic and use of the floor, and Landmark advises against using waxes, oily soaps, and impregnating products. Acid detergents, suitably diluted in water, can be used to remove films left by soap, lime scale, and dirt. Hydrofluoric acid and its derivatives can irredeemably damage porcelain stoneware, and Landmark recommends using bleach or ammonia, suitably diluted in water, for routine cleaning.
