DOUBLE HEADER™ is a herbicide for control of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in corn varieties, with EPA Registration No. 34704-1099. It may cause an allergic skin reaction, eye irritation, and respiratory irritation. Precautions include avoiding breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray, wearing protective gloves/clothing/eye protection/face protection, and washing hands and face thoroughly after handling. In case of emergency, call 1-800-424-9300. The product contains Acetochlor, Mesotrione, Propylene Glycol, and other ingredients, with concentrations of 35.00%, 4.10%, 3-5%, and 55.9-57.9%, respectively. First aid measures include rinsing eyes and skin with water, and seeking medical attention if symptoms occur. Firefighting measures include using dry chemical, carbon dioxide, alcohol foam, foam, water spray, or fog, and wearing self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear. Accidental release measures include avoiding inhalation and contact with skin and eyes, and containing and cleaning up spills with vermiculite, dry sand, or earth. Handling and storage precautions include referring to product labeling and avoiding contamination of water.
