Summary

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Deliveries are "Curbside", meaning the driver will lower the shipment to the ground and place it adjacent to the vehicle, but won't bring it into your home or garage. You must sign for the delivery and inspect for damage within 24 hours. If damaged, report it to Sans Soucie within 24 hours, write "DAMAGED" on the receipt, and refuse the shipment. Take photos and notify Sans Soucie by email or text. Replacement orders are prioritized, but lead times may remain the same. Missed deliveries incur a $100 fee, and changing the delivery address after shipping costs $85. All shipments are fully insured, with a less than 1% damage rate.
