The SmartNode SN500 from Patton is an entry-level eSBC designed for small/home offices and small to medium enterprises, supporting 4 to 30 concurrent SIP sessions and providing SIP demarcation, network protection, and call-quality assurance for All-IP business communications. It is ideal for implementing unified communications, SIP trunking, and cloud/hosted PBX services, and is operated, managed, and administrated by the Patton Cloud, which provides proactive notification of performance issues and automated alerts for pre-emptive corrective actions. The SN500 offers features such as SLA monitoring, VoIP security, SIP normalization and interop, SIP endpoint management, and easy management and provisioning.
