TS861, TS862, TS864 are rail-to-rail micropower BiCMOS comparators with ultra-low current consumption, rail-to-rail CMOS inputs, push-pull outputs, and supply operation from 2.7 to 10 V. They have low propagation delay, ESD protection, and latch-up immunity, and are available in various packages. Applications include battery-powered systems, portable communication systems, smoke/gas/fire detectors, and portable computers. The devices have a current consumption of 6 μA per comparator and a response time of 500 ns at 2.7 V for a 100 mV overdrive.
